Review of 10 CFR Part 35 Initiated

The Nuclear Regulator Commission has initiated a review of regulations governing the medical use of byproduct material, including requirements contained in 10 CFR Part 35. York Medical Physics is monitoring developments and evaluating potential impacts to radioactive material licensees.
